Counselling will never start before the NEET rank list is published. For more details, you have to keep a watch regularly on TN state counselling as well as NEET website .

Hello suraj
The counselling would be held on the basis of neet. So you need to wait for the neet results after which counselling for 15% aiq and 85% state quota seats would start.
