Let me tell you mbbs counselling done by MCC
( Medical counselling committee)
15 % quota in aiq In government colleges
And 85% quota for state quota
It has basically 3 rounds of counseling-
1 round and 2 round and last mopup round
Firstly you should done your registration in mcc counselling after that you have to choose the college
You will choose the college by your rank not by the neet marks
And after that you have to go for counselling for the documents verification!!

Class -10,12 marksheet
And migration certificate of class 12

More you clear the step of counselling more closer you will get to your dream college
And cutoff depend upon the all over student performance
Every year cutoff changes ,as you can see this time three students get 720 marks so we can't predict exactly the cutoff ,every state has their own cutoff
Mostly the UP state cutoff go more higher than other states ,

Till now Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) , the counselling authority for Gujarat state quota counselling has not released any notification or any announcement regarding dates for NEET 2021 counselling so at this point of time it would be very difficult to guide you with the schedule of NEET 2021  counselling for 85% state quota seats for MBBS.

But it is expected to start anytime soon so you should keep regular check on the official website of Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) as given below :-
