Hello Farish!
The online application for LLB without entrance exam is available for UPES (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies). However, applications of some other institutions which provide admission to LLB based on your graduation percentage like Government Law College (Mumbai), Balaji Law College (Pune), ILS Law College (Pune) are yet to be released.
Although, most of the reputed government and private law colleges/universities like Delhi University (online application available tentatively from 2nd April), Kerala law universities etc. offer LLB course to CLAT/CET qualified candidates or by conducting their own entrance with comparatively lower difficulty level. Application for MH CET is likely to be released on 19th of March.
