GITAM Authorities will conduct offline counselling for GITAM GAT 2019 in third week of may ( tentatively).

If you are eligible for counselling the you have to download counselling call letter by logging in using their application number and security code .

You have to carry this call letter while reporting for counselling also you need to carry other documents:

- 10th class pass certificate

- class 12 marks statement with pass certificate

- integrated community certificate ( in case of sc/St).

- medical certificate from civil surgeon in case of physically handicapped

- transfer, conduct certificate and Aadhar card

You will participate in choice filling and locking. And pay amount of counselling fee in cash at counselling centre.

At the time of reporting , you have to submit your original documents along with two photocopies and 4 passport size photograph for verification.

You'll be allotted seats on the basis of choices filled and rank secured in GITAM GAT 2019.

. Counselling is expected to take place at following centres:

1. Hyderabad campus

2. Vishakhapatnam campus

3. Bengaluru campus

4. Tirupati

5. Vijayawada

6. Bengaluru and Hyderabad city
