The forms had to be released on 2nd April but due to lockdown they have been postponed and the official dates have not been released yet.

The dates will be announced after 14th April after looking at the situation of the country.

DU application form has not been released yet and it is not clear that when application form will be released.
This is because,
The University of Delhi i.e DU has postponed the release of DU 2020 application form untill it issues a notification for the same.
So, you need to wait for the notification from DU regarding the release of application form.
