you have to mention a particular college;s name , so that we can help you more precisely, however due to current ongoing situation, it's really difficult to tell you when all the colleges will resume.

however, we can hope for the vaccine to launch and then probably it will take around 3-4 months more to implement the vaccine everywhere .

so you can expect colleges to start from december maybe.( I am not sure about it, just guessing).
