See, the results for NEET 2022 aren't out yet. Once they are out the counseling process will begin for the allocation of seats to the MBBS/BDS courses.
After the seats have been allotted to these courses, usually after the second round of AIQ counseling for central universities for MBBS/BDS, the Ayush counseling begins for BAMS/BHMS/Unani courses.
It is conducted by Ayush Admissions Central Counseling committee (AACCC). It'll release the dates for the counseling process.
The counseling for all the BAMS/BHMS/Unani courses will be conducted together and seat allocation will take place simultaneously.

BHMS course admission starts only after first or second round of 15% all india quota counseling for MBBS and BDS govt college.

You can get admission in BHMS course through the all india Ayush counseling or your state quota counseling which will start after first or second round or sometimes after completion of MBBS/BDS counseling.

Till now NEET 2022 result haven't been declared so it's hard to say when counseling will start for BHMS course. Although results are expected in this month, so most probably registration for counseling for BHMS course may start in 3rd to 4th week of September.

After result declaration only registration for counseling will start,so you don't need to worry about that, you can keep checking official website of all india Ayush counseling and your state quota counseling for the same.
