Hi Aspirant. You have not mentioned the name of the course you are talking about. But generally, BHU doesn't release any cutoff list. It is just that it sends call letter to the students. For every 1 seat they call 4 students and then during the counseling process after all the seats are filled, they announce the last rank that was selected in that course. And this becomes the cutoff rank of that course that year.
