When bpharm government controlled self finance college will come

See your question is quite a bit contradicting in the way that whenever we say a college is a government college, is due to the fact that it is aided by the government and thus it has a control over the curriculum and seat reservations. Self Finance college is a completely different type of college where the curriculum and syllabus etc doesn't have to follow a norm nor do the reservation policy, it has its own way of working as it doesn't depends on government for it's funding. So technically there won't be a govt. college which is self finance as of now. There can be semi-government colleges but not the one you are talking about.
