when can i give 12th physics and maths exam?

I havs passed 12th with commerce and maths. But I want to do btech. So can I give physics and maths exam through nios by dual enrollement and get marksheet. Will I be eligible for jee mains and advance. As pass certificate is required for jee mains and advance. Please help
