Hey!
The eligibility criteria for 3 year LLB is mentioned below.
The qualifying standards for a Bachelor of Legislative Law may differ between universities, particularly in terms of minimal grade. sIt is critical that the applicant understands the qualifying requirements ahead of time, since failing to do so might result in the individual's candidature being revoked at any point throughout the admissions process.
Admission:After graduation, one can apply for admission to the LLB legal degree programme. Admission to LLB programmes can be obtained in one of two ways: 1) by entrance tests such as the PU LLB, DU LLB, and MH CET Law, or 2) through qualifying exams. The candidate can select an entrance test based on the college to which they wish to apply; for example, to be admitted to Delhi University, a candidate must pass the DU LLB 2020 entrance exam. Make it a point to review the qualifying requirements before applying for an exam. Merit lists for counselling and seat allocation will be developed based on candidates' test scores.

Hi aspirant,
Normal 3 year LLB programs requires a candidate to have minimum of a bachelor's degree, so you can do it once you complete your graduation. However if you want to pursue it after class 12th then you can apply for 5 year integrated BA LLB or BBA LLB programs.
Once you complete the graduation, you can apply entrance examination such as the IPU LLB, DU LLB, MH CET Law etc. Please also note that some colleges also take merit based admission with the scores obtained in graduation by applying an appropriate equivalence criteria.
Hope it helps!
