Hello,
The official notification for WBJEE 2021 is not yet released and there is still a lot of time. The application will usually start in the month of October tentatively. This year it might get delayed because of corona pandemic and the admissions, counselling entrance exams were postponed. So you need to wait and prepare for WBJEE 2021 until then.
