State rank is the rank which is calculated on the basis of candidates qualified from a particular state. State rank is released by State Counselling authorities. State authorities ask for state counselling registration where candidates apply and based on their merit obtained in the examination, the state authorities release merit lists. There you can get your State Rank. The state rank will be released by the state counselling authority after the registration process gets over. And the counselling dates are different for each state and many states have not yet started their counselling process. Generally, once the registration process gets over the concerned state counselling authorities release the merit list of the students.
