Hey Rohit,

the basic requiremnt to get a H1B visa is that first of all you need to have a job and with that there's a certain thing which need to be fullfilled such as you need to have a income of atleast 60k dollars per annum and your company should be verified and listed as in the government status. And the most important your company should also be willing to sponser you for H1B visa as there are certain cost rtelated to that. you can only apply to H1B visa after your OPT ends

1.A Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree (or the foreign equivalent degree from your Country), OR

2.12 years work experience , OR
3.A mix of further education + work experience

- for every 1 year of studies at University / College = 3 points
- for every 1 year of work experience = 1 point

12 points in 'total' are required to qualify for the H1B visa program

and moreover a person having F1 visa can take H1B but its nothing symbiotic between them.
