The university will open according to state government guidelines. Due to the increase in COVID 19 cases that may be delayed. It will be released once all the admission procedures are completed, so it is not possible to predict anything based on assumptions. Keep checking their official website for timely updates and official notifications, once they reopen anyway you will be notified so please be patient.
