N Hello student as of now many colleges are not reopen yes there are few colleges which resume their classes in offline mode with limited students and all the precautions. But Government Engineering College, Sheoha is not open yet classes are going online you need to contact the administration about online classes of your batch and branch as it vary from class to class.
