Correct Answer: 2006

Solution : The correct answer is 2006

The International Tsunami Information Center (ITIC), which is based in Honolulu, was created by IOC Resolution IV-6 in November 1965. In 2006, India ratified the International Tsunami Warning System. The system went into operation in late June 2006 under UNESCO's direction. It consists of six Deep-ocean Assessment and Reporting of Tsunami (DART) buoys and 25 seismographic stations as a first step in developing an international early warning program following the devastating tsunami of 2004 caused by the earthquake in India.
