Hello hello,
Generally the amount an individual has deposited is reduce to some amount. It is always there when an individual abort from a college their full fees is not returned. Some percentage of money is reduced and the rest will be returned.
See, if you still have not recieved the money try to ask from the help line number or you can simply visit the college for better reach.
