Based on information from previous year, the automn semester began around 11th July for which reporting had to be done by 9th July. You would be notified about the same via email/mobile communication. It is not clear by when you might be notified. You can contact the university administration regarding the same from the contact information provided in the official website.

If you've applied to KIT and given the KITEE examination, after checking your rank you must have got a date for counselling. If you've already completed your counselling, You would recieve a mail or message which is the norm of all colleges. If you're done with counselling, you might have got a date list too, or wait for them to contact you.
