As per data released by DU, the 8th cutoff list was to release on 13th August, 2019. Due to some problems, DU was unable to release the 8th cutoff list. However, there is no official notification released by the university officials as to when the eighth cutoff of DU 2019 will be released but the candidates can wait for it.

Then should I take admission in sol because it's last date is 31 August or should I wait till last date
