Nuclear medicine previous year question paper

Sajal Trivedi 9th Jan, 2024

Hello aspirant,

A course offered as part of the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nuclear Medicine Technology examines the use of radioactive isotopes for internal organ imaging in humans. Ernest Orlando Lawrence created the cyclotron in 1930, which marked the beginning of nuclear medicine. In 1928, he began conducting studies at the University of California, Berkeley.

It was very difficult to use X-rays to see the soft tissues, such as the intestines, blood arteries, muscles, and other interior organs, before the invention of nuclear medicine technology. However, nuclear medicine changed the world by introducing a minuscule amount of radioactive material or chemical into a person's body by a nasal gas, pill, or injectio n.
