Gate which stand for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is a gateway to get admission to Master of Engineering (ME), Master in Technology (MTech), and direct PhD admissions to IITs  , NITs , and IIITs  . GATE 2021 will be conducted by either of the IITs Bombay  , Delhi  , Guhati , Kanpur  , Kharagpur , Madras,  Roorkee or Indian Institute for Science ,  Bangalore.

The application forms for GATE 2021 will be out by the first week of September, 2020 and the closing of submission will be by the 4th week of september, 2020. Admit card will be released by January 2021.

The fee for this form can be paid in electronic mode.

GATE 2021 - IIT Bombay will conduct GATE 2021 for all the eligible candidates in online mode for 25 disciples. GATE 2021 will be conducted to screen the candidates either to offer admission into M.E./M.Tech/PhD at the IITs, NITS, IIITs and CFTIs or to recruit them in PSUs, provide fellowship or make them eligible for admission across the border. According to the figures, M.Tech seats through GATE 2021 will be higher on account of EWS quota. Authorities will conduct the GATE 2021 in the first week of February. Candidates who are willing to apply for GATE 2021 will be able to fill and submit the application form in online mode tentatively from last week of August.
