when Gpat participating institutes going to relese cuttoff marks.Is there any special counseling going to be conducted by these colleges.Im from ap can i join in another state with my Gpat rank can they give me a stipend there.

Hello,
The cutoff released by colleges depends on the personal universities. Yes, you can take an admission in any university of your choice with your gpat score, if you meet the cut off range.
The stipend for Gpat qualified students is offered by AICTE, and is offered only for M. Pharm students. You will have to apply for it. You can see the guidlines on the site attached below:
