when i am in 1st year of degree and then I was give a neet exam and getting a 500 marks then can I leave this degree and follow mbbs

You don't need to worry even if you are in the first year of your degree you are still eligible for Neet examination provided
you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
if you managed to qualify Neet examination and get a seat in a medical college for your MBBS then yes of course you can leave your degree and join medical college for MBBS
