When I applied and cleared UGC NTA NET, I had OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate (Now validity Over) but now it is slightly difficult to get because of I have changed my residence Now can I apply UR category

Dear aspirant,
As far as your problem is concerned, and considering you have changed your residence and now you are not able to get the certificate so I would like to tell you that if you have cleared ugc net with the help of this unreserved category then i would say kindly try to take out the certificate because it would be difficult for you during documents verification.

But I cleared UGC NTA NET and scored even more than the UR category JRF (99.93%)
Will I not be considered for UR category ?
To be on safe side, Again should I clear UR category too ?
