Pooja, if this is in regards to NEET MDS, the 2020 online registration has been closed on November 25th. Now, the correction window has been opened for any corrections to the application. The exam will be conducted on December 20th. You just missed the opportunity for this year. You may have to wait until next year.

If you are asking about neet mds application form which you have tagged; then am sorry to tell you but the last date to apply for NEET mds has already passed , online registration for the application form had started on October 11, 2019 while the last date for application was October 31, 2019 , and exam will be conducted on 20th December 2019, so unluckily you cannot apply for it now.
