When i checked the cut off for M.tech admission in IIT delhi, gate score of 725, and CGPA of 6.75 is mentioned. Do we have to satisfy both?

yes you have to satisfy the both as this is the eligibility criteria of their to take admission you have to score above then their eligibility criteria . to get admissio. all the best have a great future ahead.
