when I enter gate hall ticket number and rank correctly but it shows details not found. what should i do now??

This situation may arise due to a number of factors which is very common and can be solved without much hassle.
CASE 1: It might arise due to a technical snag in the website/ database of the website and thus in order to be sure of it, wait it out for a day and try giving in the credentials a few times to check if the discrepancy gets sorted by itself.
CASE 2: Carefully check to see if your are entering the correct details at the correct places or not, for example check the boxes whether you have to enter hall ticket number and rank or some other data and then enter carefully.
