when i failed first semister then i will pass it after finall year clear my all subjects then i apply cds exam

It doesn't matter at all even if you have failed in your first semester , after passing it and clearing all subjects and completing your graduation , you will become eligible for CDS examination, you don't need to worry about failing the first semester examination what matters is that you have passed it.
