Yes of course you can take print out like that. See as we know that NTA released the admit cards for NEET 2020 on August 26th for download and this year it consists of three pages.But yes due to some system default margins it might be of 4 pages when you take it's print out so if you re having the asked issue then there is no harm in taking print out of all the four pages and note that all the wordings should be clear and you first page which includes all your details like venue, your address, photograph should be given high priority.
