when i prepare a chapter i take so much time because of practicing lot of things that teacher starts teaching next chapter is it ok... as a jee dropper

A short answer to your query is, no it is not okay. You should try to go with the class. I am not discouraging you to practice but try to go with your class. You should prepare all the chapters to a basic level for now.
Some tips to be at pace with your teacher:
- Finish your homework the day it is given
- Revise whatever you have been taught on that day itself
If you just follow the above-mentioned points, you can go with the class smoothly. Now, on holidays you should practice more and more questions. Even if you get a single day off, use it to solve questions. Use dussehra holidays, diwali holidays to practice questions. Once your coaching finishes the syllabus, you will also be done and you will be in a good position to take up the exam. If you have time left for JEE after your coaching is over, solve PYQs and give tests regularly. After that, you will be thorough with your preparation.
