    When I press the brochure of that particular college , only mail is coming but not brochure..?

    The brochure gets downloaded automatically in the internal storage MEMORY of your mobile. You can check the same in File Manager if it exists in your phone or maybe in Settings in the "Downloads" folder wherein you might find the thing that you downloaded.
