To do so you can go for any mcq book. Most of the books have questions arranged in a chapterwise manner. 

For biology there are books like MTG, Dinesh, GRB etc

For chemistry there are books like GRB, Arihant, MCQ chemistry etc

For physics there are books like H. C. Verma, Arihant etc. 

Pick up any mCq book and start solving the questions.

The more questions you solve, the better it is.
