when i upload document in prefered size for 10 marksheet and Postcard size photo it shows "Click on image Show preview" and cant go to next step

Same coming with me. The kilobyte size is perfectly within that mentioned in NEET bulletin. How to solve it.

Hey,
Your passport size photograph should be of file size 10-200 kB and it must be in JPG/JPEG format only.
And the result should be of 100-400 kB and in JPG/JPEG format.  Also, the background should be white.
Just check if you have followed all the guidelines and formats.
Also, try to keep the size as small as possible.

when i tried submitting my neet 2020 application formed after step 1 then it shows that your otp has been expired try resend otp or login again and try again and even i tried again after 5 min it shows same thing and i have tried 3-4 times and it shows same issue againand even i am logging fresh.
