when I uploaded my GATE Application form ;it's showing that it might get rejected in Scrutiny as the photo is too bright; How I'm supposed to reduce the brightness.

Dear Aayushi, were you trying to upload a pic which was taken by a Camera and not been scanned? That might be one of the reasons. If it is a scanned photo, you will not have issues with Brightness. Please get your recent photograph scanned and then upload the same.
