Do not worry for that if you've filled up the examination form and you literally want to appear in the examination, then it's fine.
The thing is you need to fill up for courses that you prefer and then you need to check out that which Central University is providing that course. If you get good marks then what will happen that you need to choose only one college, so at that time whichever university you want to choose you can do it. It's all upto you. Don't fear about that you'll be in Central University of Rajasthan only. You'll be able to select the university upto your choice once you clear the cutoff.
