The result of KCET 2019 counselling round 1 have been declared on 30th June. There has not been a confirmed date about second round counselling but most probably after 15th july near the fourth week in July following the seat allotment in the same week.

Hope you are doing well. There is no official announcement regarding the dates of second round of seat allotment. It usually takes place during 2nd or 3rd week of July. You need to keep an eye on the KEA official website for any announcements. It may take place at any time. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
