Tamil Nadu MBBS Counselling 2021 - Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu will conduct Tamil Nadu MBBS 2021 counselling on the basis of NEET 2021. Through Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS counselling, admission to 8,000 MBBS and 2,873 BDS seats in the state will be granted. As per the latest update, the joining time for Tamil Nadu NEET counselling has been extended from February 16 to 21 . Dates are not announced for the mop-up round. Keep checking the official site. Eligibility criteria for neet ug exam.

• :--->Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as of December 31, 2022...
• :--->Candidate should passed the class 12th exam from any recognised brard with physics, chemistry, biology (PCB) or (PCMB) with English is the compulsory subject...
• :--->Minimum aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%..
• :--->Reservation policy for pwd (handicap) : 3% of the reservation will be provided to the Person with Disability (PwD) candidates.

Marks wise cut off for neet ug exam is following

• For General candidate-> 720-138
• For OBC/SC/ST candidate  -> 137-108
• For  Gen PwD candidate  -> 137-122
• For (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD candidates  -> 121-108

With reference to yoru above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that the NEET UG Counselling for Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS Students round 1 Counselling has already started. the round 1 phase of the counselling was around 2nd feb, 2022 to 16th fwb, 2022.

The round 2 phase and the mop-up round for tamil Nadu counselling has not started yet and the dates will be announced shortly.
