When is the JEE Advanced exam and when will the admit card be released

IIT Kanpur has announced the mock test for the exam on December 19. Since this is the first time the exam is being conducted as a computer based exam, candidates can use the JEE Advanced mock test to prepare. A demo/help video facility has also been provided by IIT Kanpur to assist candidates take the mock test and online exam. The entrance exam will be conducted on May 20, 2018. This is the first time that JEE Advanced 2018 will be held as a computer-based test (CBT). Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced is the gateway for admission into the IITs and IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and is conducted by one of the seven zonal coordinating (ZC) IITs under the guidance of JAB every year. Only candidates who have qualified in JEE Main 2018 will be eligible to appear in IIT JEE Advanced 2018 for admissions to B.Tech programmes across 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). From 2018, the top 2,24,000 candidates from JEE Main would be eligible to take JEE Advanced for IIT admissions. JEE Advanced 2018 registration will tentatively begin from the first week of May till the second week of May 2018. JEE Advanced will have 2 papers which are mandatory for all candidates to qualify. Students will be giving JEE Advanced through online mode only and exam registration shall start from 4th week of 2018. The registration shall close by dirst week May 2018.



During registration, you need to upload scanned images jn given format and dimesion.



Exam shall be Conducted on 20th May2018 in following two slots:-

• Paper1 - 9-12PM
• Paper2 - 2-5PM

JEE Advanced 2018 admit catds are expecting to be rolled out from second week of May 2018.





For detaiked answer keys, shall be out from 1st week of June2018.



Declaration of results will be from 2nd week June 2018 and seat allotment will take place from 3rd week of June.

8th April & online Computer based exam is on 15th & 16th April whereas JEE Advanced is on 20th May 2018.
