Hello Sanjana. The Last Date for obtaining the application form (without fine) Is 15 January 2019 for the academic year 2019-20. Eligibility criteria says Candidate must pass in the Two years Pre-University examination (including Supplementary examination) conducted by the Pre-University Education Board of Karnataka State (10+2 Pattern) or the equivalent examination thereto.
