Hi, since we have just passed the first wave of corona now the experts have expected for second wave of this deadly virus. Rhe experts believe that this virus spread double or triple in speed in winters. As well as this is festival month  as well as the colleges and schools are going to open or we can say that everything is going to open soon so due to these experts believes that second wave will start affecting in the month of December and January.

See, at this time that is full of uncertainities, I or even anyone can't tell anything regarding this. I am also not sure about will the second wave of Coronavirus hit India. If you are looking for a time then December 2020 will be time when the second wave of COVID-19 can hit India.
