This year Counselling Of UPSEE-2019 Is going to start From I Guess 15 June 2019. So Its always better To Keep checking AKTU Or UPSEE official Website For Regular Updates on counselling updates. As they also keep changing rules I don't know why but they do. Which are mostly in students favour. so best of luck for Your Counselling.

And another think Choose the colleges In order of which you want first. It take time but its Best.
