when it comes to bits scholarship what are the details? how does the merit cum scholarship work? which year of your parents income is taken?

Greetings of the day aspirant

When it comes to scholarships offered by BITS, there is no specific form to apply for and it will on the basis of your marks scored in the exam or in qualifying exam.

Students who have obtained 95% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 40% of first semester tuition fee.

Students who have obtained 90% or above but less than 95% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 25% of the first semester tuition fee

Students who have obtained 80% or above but less than 90% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 15% of the first semester tuition fee.
