With the JEE main 2020 conducted the chances are that there will not be delay in the JEE 2021. JEE Main 2021 application form can be expected after the counselling procedure for the jee 2020 over, that is in November itself or in December.

As we know due to this pandemic situation, jee 2020 is also not completed properly,so there will be delay in 2021 applications. There is no any official announcement yet regarding same.
