When JMI is declaring B.Lib result 2019? In prospectus it is mentioned in between 5th-10th july and today is 10th july but still no updates.

Well yes the tentative dates have been these, but still the results are not out. All you could do is wait for the results. All the results corresponding to JMI will be out by July 25. So in a few days you can expect it to be declared. Check the link for more information -
