You might get different response which seems to be void. Actual answer is. You need to pay the tution fee and do self reporting thru online. Which makes your seat booked/blocked. Once it is done you can exercise your options in second counselling. If you are getting the seat alloted in second counselling. Your amount will be refunded which was paid after first counselling and you can pay the fees to the alloted seat .

If you will apply for second phase of councelling then you have to leave your seat which you have got in first phase.As,if you want to get a seat in second phase,then make sure the seat which you have got in first phase will be automatically given to someone other.
