Maharashtra NEET counselling is not yet started.You have to register for first to be eligible for counselling.You have to register through online application form and then you will be called for documents verification and then if your documents will be complete you will be eligible for counselling which means you can take part in admission process of various medical colleges and they will select you on the basis of NEET merit which will be held online and you will be given login,password,application number and all that.You can read the whole process below in detail

The dates for State Quota Counselling has not been announced yet. It is expected to start soon.
The difference between registration and counselling is that, counselling process is done for the purpose of intake of students in MBBS/BDS colleges of India on the basis of their NEET score. Registration is the process of getting enrolled for the counselling process. You are required to register first in order to appear for the counselling process.
