Till now State CET cell of Maharashtra  has not released any notification regarding 2nd round of AYUSH counselling for state quota seats of Maharashtra so at this point of time it would be quite early to say anything about 2nd round of AYUSH counselling but it is expected soon. So keep checking the official website for latest updates :-

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Maharashtra has extended the last date of Joining & Filling Status Retention form for Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Counselling for AYUSH and as well as B.Sc.(Nursing) till February 19, 06.00 pm.

They have not yet announced the registration date for round 2.
