When might the college for MBA start? Before or after 2nd TSICET counselling? (I want to know the approx. date.)

TSICET is Entrance exam to do your graduation in MBA and MCA and after completing second couselling then after some days the college gets started for may be at September ending or October starting we can't estimate particular dates because it depends on the University wait for the notification
