The second round counselling is expected to start from 30th July, 2018. Other state student can apply for it but they will be eligible for the management quota seats in private colleges.

Fresh Choice filling and choice locking for candidates who want to participate in the second round of counselling will be held from 24.07.2018 to 26.07.2018 (upto 12 midnight)
Yes, other state students can also register for Madhya Pradesh counselling for admission to management seats in private colleges. You can also refer to the link below for detailed information-
